Licensing
What does licensed royalty-free mean?
When you buy one of our templates, you pay a one off - flat fee, which then
permits you to use that design as many times as you like for yourself or your
client without incurring any additional fees. Our End User Licence Agreement
provides you with the freedom to recreate alternative works of your own using
the original artwork. You may not however, sell these designs or templates
to a third party.
Our Agreement permits you to customise the templates for yourself or a
client and then pass them to your client (or your commercial printer) along
with the native files for printing purposes, with the provision that they
do not create new derivative works from them. Under the terms of the Agreement,
you may not in any circumstance post any of our templates or designs in their
original form, or in a downloadable format, on the Internet.
Does your license allow multiple users
from the same church, organization or company to use the templates?
Our Royalty-Free End User License Agreement permits a maximum of 2 people
within the same church, organization or business to use the templates. If you
wish to acquire additional multiple licenses, email Vision Templates or call

Can I put up your thumbnails on my website and offer
to customize them for my customers?
Our Agreement does not allow you to display our products online in their original
form, even if the template is not for sale or is not a downloadable digital
file. If they have been customised for your own or a client's purposes, you are
permitted to display the derivative works on your website. You may not however,
display any designs incorporating any of our original artwork or images with
the purpose of selling them to a third party, unless you have purchased
an extended licence permitting you to do so.
Layout and Design
What exactly is included with the purchase of a design template?
Included with each template folder there will be:
- An editable layout file in your chosen application format.
- All supporting graphics.
- A low resolution, non-editable PDF preview of the original layout.
Please note that no Fonts are included with the templates. The layout
files are formatted using standard system fonts.
If you want to view our recommended font usage, open the preview
PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader then select, "File > Document Properties > Fonts".
What is a CMYK JPEG?
CMYK JPEG files are high quality images. They will not display correctly in your web browser,
however they will be fine when displayed in Photoshop or other image editing program.

I couldn't find a design that fits my needs. Are you going to add more designs?
While we are continuing to provide a comprehensive range of design
products for all occasions, our list is by no means exhaustive. It
is possible that you do not find what you are looking for. But don't
give up. We provide a professional design service that can produce
bespoke designs for your purposes. Please contact our
design department using our to discuss your specific requirements. If you have suggestions
about designs you'd like to see, we'd like to hear from you.
All your Graphic Design Templates are in Metric page sizes. Can they be resized to other page sizes, such as US?
Yes. All you have to do is change the dimensions of the page and reconfigure
the design elements accordingly.
Do you provide customization and printing services?

Printing
When I view my template, some of the graphics look fuzzy, what's wrong?
Our templates designs will include either JPG, TIF, PNG or EPS files.
Various software applications use a default low-resolution option for
previewing images on screen. You can often change this option to full
resolution preview. In the event, if your graphic files are properly
linked to your document, the layout will print high resolution.
How do I prepare my files for my commercial printing service provider?
Our design templates have been professionally created to provide trouble-free
print output. When you are at the stage where you are ready to go to
print, make sure that you include the complete design folder, along
with all the necessary graphic files and fonts. Your commercial printer
will normally be able to preflight the files before printing. It is
always a good idea to check first with your chosen commercial printer
as to their requirements.
Are fonts included with your Graphic Design Templates?
No fonts are included with the templates. The layout files are formatted
using standard system fonts (Arial, New Times Roman for PC; Times and
Helvetica for Mac).
If you want to view our recommended font usage, open the preview PDF
file in Adobe Acrobat Reader, Select, File > Document Properties > Fonts.
These fonts can be purchased from a range of Internet font providers.
Often though, the various software applications that you are using
to edit the design templates come with a whole range of font files
for you to use.
Purchasing
I downloaded a template in the wrong format. Can I download it again in the correct format?
Unless there is a technical problem with the layout files or content,
it is not our policy to provide you with an alternative application
version of the design template for free. Please make sure that you
click on the correct application version of the design before you proceed
with the purchase of your chosen template.
Can I download multiple application versions of the same design template?
Our Agreement permits you to download a single application version
of the template per purchase. Please make sure that you click
on the correct application version of the design before you proceed
with the purchase of your chosen template.
I downloaded a template and can't open the file, what's wrong?
Our templates are compressed to speed up your download. Each template
file is compressed as a ZIP file. You will need to decompress the
file before you can open and edit
the layout in your application. Depending on your operating system,
you may require Stuffit Expander for the Mac, WinZip for the PC, or
compatible products, to decompress the template folder. Once the file
is decompressed, it creates a folder with the layout file and graphic
files inside.
I previously purchased a design and have subsequently
misplaced the file. Can I download another copy?
Our Agreement allows you to re-download a template design for a period
of upto 24 hours following the time that you initially downloaded that
particular design template. To do so visit your 'My Account' page on
our website to re-download the files available.
Are your templates available on CD?
Currently our design templates are only available via electronic download
through our website. However depending on our workload we may be able to provide
this servive at an additional cost. Please use our contact form to enquire further.
What is your return policy?
If you have any problems with a product or questions about your order,
please contact us via email or using the contact us
link at the top right of this page.

Our purchase procedure provides you with numerous
opportunities to review your order and make corrections in order
to avoid mistakes. Because of the digital characteristics of our
products, returns are not normally acceptable unless there is a technical
problem with the layout files or content. If this is the case, then
replacements or substitutions can be arranged.
